Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms cover your use of in-box.com, run by In-box. By using the site you agree to them. They're written in plain English, so please give them a quick read.

Using the website

You're welcome to browse, read and share the site. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, submit false information through our forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including articles, guides, videos, designs, case studies and templates, belongs to In-box or is used with permission. You can quote short extracts with a link back to the original page.

Free templates and resources may be used and adapted for your own business or your own client work. You may not resell them, repackage them as your own product, or redistribute them as downloads.

Free resources are provided as-is

Our free templates, guides, boards and tools are provided as-is, without any warranty. Check that they suit your platform, brand and legal obligations before you use them.

No guarantee of results

Our articles and guides share what has worked for us and our clients. Every brand is different, so we can't promise you'll get the same results. Treat them as general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites and tools such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, YouTube and Calendly. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, In-box isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its free resources. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that can't be excluded.

Paid services

If you engage In-box for paid work, that engagement is governed by a separate agreement between us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
